美国ITC发布对涉华打印机墨盒及其组件的337部分终裁

2018年10月25日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定打印机墨盒及其组件（Certain Toner Cartridges And Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1106）作出337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2018年10月1日作出的初裁（Order No. 28）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对中国香港Apex Microtech Ltd. of Hong Kong的调查。

2018年10月2日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定打印机墨盒及其组件（Certain Toner Cartridges And Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1106）作出337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2018年9月14日作出的初裁（Order No. 26）不予复审，即三家企业为缺席被告，其中包括两家美国企业和中国广东Kingway Image Co., Ltd. （经营名称为Zhu Hai Kingway Image Co., Ltd., of Zhuhai, China）。

2018年6月20日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定打印机墨盒及其组件（Certain Toner Cartridges And Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1106）作出337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2018年5月2日作出的初裁（Order No. 11）不予复审，即十二家企业为缺席被告，其中包括中国香港Hong Kong BoZe Company Limited （经营名称为Greensky of New Kowloon, Hong Kong）。

2018年3月26日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定打印机墨盒及其组件（Certain Toner Cartridges And Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1106）。
